At 247 Car Spares, we stock only the best OEM spares and make sure that every part is perfect from all aspects including its appearance and functioning. Please thoroughly check product details and images before placing your order. We affix warranty seals on all sold parts for warranty purposes.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the part must be in the same condition that you received it with warranty labels, and in its original packaging. To start a return, the buyer shall contact us through our email firstname.lastname@example.org. The buyer may be requested to share images of the product.
When the return is approved, we will share our address and the buyer pays for the return shipping. All our returns within the United States are received at our Maryland address. Once received by us, the part will be inspected and the refund will be approved. No refund request will be entertained if warranty seals on the part are broken or removed, or the part is partly or fully dismantled. Please note the warranty seals will not break in any circumstances unless the part is opened/dismantled by unscrewing it. It voids the warranty. If you are taking the part to a mechanic please advise him not to dismantle the part.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Wrong Part Purchased
Buyer shall send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and inform us. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and place a fresh order for the product you need. A 15 % restocking fee of the purchase price will be charged on the wrong parts purchased at the time of refund.
Orders from Outside the United States
If you are buying from outside the United States, you may have to pay for customs and other duties. It is responsibility of the buyer to check for import duties in his/her country before placing the order. If a buyer refuses to pay import duties in the destination country and the shipment is returned to us, we will deduct two-way shipping charges from the paid amount at the time of refund.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with warranty seals, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. We refund within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
