How do I know which part fits my car?

We have mentioned make, model, year, part number and other details to make sure you chose the correct part. Please note same model year cars may come with more than two different parts with different part numbers. It is always recommended to check your own part number before placing your order. If you order on the bases of a car model and year, there is a good possibility you are buying a wrong part.

Why I am unable to find my part number on your website?

Please use the search option on our website and try to enter sufficient details about the part you are looking for to get search results. For example you are looking for a 2005 Lexus GX470 left side white side view mirror, your search phrase should be like this "GX470 Side Mirror Left white". In case you know the part number, you may simply search for the part number you need (example 12345-67890). In case, you do not get a result that would mean we do not have the part you are looking for.

Do I need to create an account for shopping on your website?

No. There is no need to create an account for shopping. You may add the product to cart
and checkout.

Do you offer warranty for the sold parts?

As a standard rule, we accept returns for up to 30 days after an order is delivered. Unless clearly mentioned in the description of a product, we do not offer extended warranty. The good news is that if an OEM part works well after its installation, it is expected to work for a longer period of time. The 30-days period is a sufficient trial time to know how a part behaves after installation.

How much is charged for shipping?

We charge a flat rate of $15 for delivering products across the United States.

How long it takes to deliver a part?

We ship your order the next business day. The courier service may take 2 to 4 business days to deliver depending on the  destination address. 

I am unable to track my order?

Please enter your five digits order number and the email address you used for placing the order. If you enter another email address, system will not be able to give you tracking details.

I ordered a part but its faulty or damaged on receipt?

Please check the Terms and Conditions (T & C) on our website for exchange or a refund.

What to do if I ordered a wrong part?

You can write an email to us at info@247carspares.com. We will provide you with a shipping address where you can return the part to us and we will dispatch the correct part. In such case, buyer pays for shipping the part back to us.

In what circumstances you do not accept returns?

We do not accept to refund a product if the warranty seal is broken or removed. Please note the warranty label will not break in any circumstances unless the part is opened.

Which courier service may I use to return the part?

You may use any courier service of your choice like UPS, FedEx, USPS etc.

I have returned the part and it has been delivered to your address. When shall I expect the refund?

We need a maximum of three
business days to process you refund after a part is received by us. Please note that the returned part undergoes an inspection to check the eligibility for refund. If the part is dismantled or warranty seals are removed, no refund request is entertained.

I have received your email about the refunded amount but I still do not see the amount credited to my balance.

If you have paid with your PayPal account, the refund process is instant - we refund and you get the amount instantly. If you used a debit or credit card for the purchase, your bank or credit card company may take few business days to process and post the refund to your account.

I found several negative reviews about your business. Can you clarify that?

Fortunately, we do not have any negative reviews about our business. However, our business name is similar to some other businesses based outside the United States. They
have poor ratings which sometimes make our customers reluctant to place their orders. Please check the website addresses to distinguish our business from
those who carry negative ratings. Please note our website is www.247carspares.com and we do not have another website.

I do not find my country in the list at check out.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to all countries. If you do not find your country name in the list at check out, please send us an email identifying the part you want to purchase and your complete address. In case, we are able to ship to your address, we will send a PayPal invoice to your email. After the invoice is paid, we will ship your order the next day.

Do I have to pay for Customs and import duties in my country?

If you are buying from outside the United States, you may have to pay for customs and other duties. It is responsibility of the buyer to check for import duties in his/her country before placing the order. If a buyer refuses to pay import duties in the destination country and the shipment is returned to us, we will deduct two-way shipping charges from the paid amount at the time of refund.
