At 247 Spares, we stock only the best OEM spares and make sure that every part is perfect from all aspects including its appearance and functioning. Please thoroughly check product details and images before purchasing a part. We test products before shipping and affix warranty seals on all sold parts for warranty purposes. 


We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the part to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the part must be in the same condition that you received it with warranty labels, and in its original packaging. To start a return, the buyer shall contact us through our email info@247carspares.com. The buyer may be asked to share images of the product. If your return is approved, we will send you our Maryland or Toronto address. The buyer shall return the part to the given address and pay for the shipping charges. Once received by us, the part will be inspected and the refund process will be initiated. No refund request will be entertained if warranty seals on the part are removed, broken or tampered with. 

Cancelling your Order

In case a customer wants to cancel the order, an email shall be sent to us as soon as possible. If the product is not shipped by then, we will cancel the order and issue refund. If the product is already shipped, buyer shall wait for delivery of the part. Buyer is responsible to return the part to our New York, Maryland or Toronto address and pays for the return shipping. Refunds will be initiated once we receive the part.  

Wrong Part Purchased

Buyer shall send an email to info@247carspares.com and inform us. Terms mentioned above shall also apply to purchases by mistake or wrong purchases.  


If a part is faulty, please contact us through info@247carspares.com by sharing with us images of the part and details of the fault. When return approved, we will email a return shipping label so that you could dispatch the part to us. If we have another part available, we will offer you that otherwise we will issue refund. Buyers are advised not to remove warranty seals from the part, otherwise we will not be able to issue refund.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. The refund process may take up to 48 business hours after we receive the part. Once initiated, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If a product is offered with extended warranty (more than 30 days), following terms and conditions will apply:
  • In case a product develops some problem during warranty period, 247 Spares will replace it with another similar part. A shipping label will be emailed to the buyer to return the faulty part. 
  • When a part is replaced during warranty, the period of warranty remains the same and shall be counted from the date of purchase.
  • Warranty is limited to the part only and does not cover any labor charges.
  • Please do not remove warranty labels from the part for a claim.
